Manipal Health Enterprises will launch its Rs 9,275 crore IPO on July 29 with a price band of Rs 560-590 per share. The issue comprises a fresh issue of Rs 8,000 crore and an OFS worth Rs 1,275.2 crore, with proceeds primarily earmarked for debt repayment and acquiring a minority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals.
