‘Do not tweet…’: Kapil Sibal slams JNU advisory, asks ‘Should students become govt employees?’

Rajya Sabha MP and senior advocate Kapil Sibal questioned advisories issued to university students and faculty on social media use and protests, saying, “Tell us which Supreme Court direction is there where they say that you cannot go to Jantar Mantar.” Sibal also asked, “What do you want, that our students should become government employees?” and questioned whether such restrictions affect democratic expression.
