Delhi SIR: Enumeration forms distributed to over 99% voters, digitisation nears 15%

More than 99 per cent of Delhi’s 1.45 crore electors have received enumeration forms as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, with digitisation of completed forms nearing 15 per cent, according to official data.
