Odisha’s Subhadra Yojana: Deadline Set for Beneficiary Verification Ahead of Raksha Bandhan

Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida has mandated the completion of field verification for pending Subhadra Yojana applicants by July 25. This initiative aims to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive their fifth installment in time for Raksha Bandhan. With over 3.53 lakh applications awaiting verification, Parida emphasized the importance of daily monitoring and swift processing. The state has already transferred more than Rs 20,648 crore to over 1 crore women beneficiaries. As the verification deadline approaches, officials are urged to expedite the process to facilitate timely disbursement.
